Derek Lyons

Derek Lyons grew up in Dublin and graduated from Limerick Collage of Art & Design. Now living in Co. Wicklow he has become a big fan of “plein eir” painting. If he’s not in his studio painting he can be found with an easel and canvas in hand out and about painting the busy harbours or fantastic country side that surrounds him. (view website)

Roisin Duffy.

Painting in acrylic on canvas, Roisin’s subject matter is the ordinary and mundane things which are common us all – home, family, personal relationships, and how we interact with our friends, our animals, and the world around us.

Colour and balance are the most important aspects of her work. Deceptive in its initial simplicity, each piece tells a story, and in writing an accompanying poem for every piece she shares with the viewer not just the finished painting, but also the deeper emotional story behind it. (view website)
